our stay here was real good, reasonable base for exploring madrid. its location really close to a world famous modern art museum was magnificent. and it was also just off the musuem and tourist bus location, the airport and supermarkets and the park. the service was excellent.

Besides, the location was great and magnificent for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a large urban plaza. The staff were friendly and excellent and the design was excellent.

Clean, spacious, modern
The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor terrace was a good spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The cooling air conditioning was a lifesaver against the summer heat, keeping us comfortable throughout our visit.

Had 4 nights in Madrid, spent our time here lovely. The local staff was very very helpful and really helpful. The room we booked was functional and quiet with all necessary things, new appliances, washing machine as described. Greatly enjoyed their tapas bar. Excellent services were available.

The hotel with good sized rooms, in a secure area, very close to the shops good location. Cold drinks at tapas bar, excellent service. Automated check-in.

The apartment looked lovely in photos, but was inferior in reality. The sound insulation was so poor that I woudl ve been better off camping outside! I expected a complimentary welcome gift for all my troubles, but apparently, that luxury is reserved for others.

It wasnice and neat, great to easily explore Madrid's attractions without needing public transport. Our baby settled in quickly.
My wife says that the AC was a little inconsistent during the night.
